Dirk van Sliedregt was a Dutch designer from the 20th Century. He is famous for the beautiful creation in rattan he made. He went to the Enschede academy and the academy of Amsterdam .He saw many talented pupils such as Mart van Schijndel and Evelyne Merkx. His pieces of furniture are characterized by their simple and functionnal forms.
