Just Meijer is the son of Ru Meijer who was the founder of KEMBO. Ru Meijer founded KEMBO with W.H. Gispen in the 1950's. In the 1960's Gispen and Meijer left KEMBO. Just Meijer continued working and led the firm to succession in the office furniture branch. A famous design by his hand is the Ultrex chair.
